The blossoms have taken hold on Portland once again. The weather is slowly changing from rainy to sunny and the grass is starting to grow once again. Camping trips and weekend excursions to the coast are upon us! Yeah for Spring!!!

We enjoyed reading about Dad, who is our neighbor. We recently retired from Northern California and moved down the street from your Dad and Mom. Great people and hopefully we'll meet you someday too. Thanks for the great story. Your Dad did have a fascinating and unusual career! There is always such a fascination with trains, my grandson loves them too.
